Come to us for a 7-day camp, during which you will learn good practices for taking care of yourself. You will regenerate your strength, get an energetic kick to act and continue working on yourself, your physical and mental health.
Participants in the holidays use the accommodation facilities of the nearby guesthouse Willa Dwa Jeziora. There is a choice of 2- and 4-bed rooms and 4-bed suites. All suites and rooms have a comfortable bathroom, LCD TV, spacious closets and smaller cabinets. The interiors are decorated with great attention to detail, inspired by sailing and Masuria. In addition, on the premises, there are monitored parking lots, Wi-Fi Internet access and public areas prepared to spend time together in a larger group.
We prepare and serve meals at Qchnia Dwa Jeziora restaurant. We use local and seasonal products, combining traditional Polish cuisine with fusion elements. Prepare your palate for delicious, wholesome and energetic food. And if your goal is also to lose weight, during your stay you have the opportunity to meet with a nutritionist and together you will determine the most beneficial diet plan.

The body is not a thing we have, but an experience we are. Bodyfulness workshop is a meeting during which we will learn how to deal with stress and consciously build healthy, satisfying interpersonal relationships. However, in order for this to happen, beforehand we will work on strengthening the “I” and positive self-esteem, on awareness of our own body, our feelings and emotions, which promotes the reduction of stress and anxiety and greatly improves concentration and productivity. We will learn simple breathing and physical exercises, which, if performed daily for 7 days, will become a habit and with a little self-denial, perhaps stay with you forever, which we strongly encourage you to do, because Bodyfulness is a never-ending way to make positive changes to your life faster and provide you with the best. Remember that your body is your best friend that you need to take care of.
Qigong (Chi Kung) is an ancient form of meditation in movement. The science of working with the body, breath and internal energy. Until recently, Qigong was a closely guarded secret. Practiced only in China: in imperial palaces, Buddhist monasteries or in closed family circles, it was a path to longevity and a lifetime of health. Today, its practice is also available to us, which is an incredible gift. During the class we will seek harmony within ourselves with nature and the environment, we will learn a system that allows us to achieve inner peace on a spiritual and mental level. We will be “here and now,” focused on ourselves and on individual sequences of systems that, when skillfully performed, resemble a dance. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, great importance is placed on energy flows and it is stagnant Qi energy that is a common cause of all ailments and can be unblocked with Qigong practice.
The Feldenkrais method is a process of learning, acquiring new movement capabilities and learning about body awareness. It is a tool for working with the body and mind, which allows us to continuously develop. Participants can experiment with their imagination and conception of given movements. It is important that everyone adjusts the range of motion to themselves, here it is not about performing exercises “to the max” but with respect for their body and capabilities. Working with this method is especially recommended for back pain, spinal pain, muscular-articular pain, postural defects.
The price includes: accommodation in a 2-bed room. , 3 meals a day, participation in activities according to the program. For an extra charge there is a possibility of another accommodation option.
