Mini gym

Is the weather not encouraging for outdoor activities? Don’t look for excuses and use our mini gym. Here you will find professional cardio training equipment – a bicycle, a treadmill. You can also work on your form while exercising with dumbbells – strengthen your arm and shoulder muscles, slim your figure and improve your overall physical fitness. And after a thorough workout, be sure to take a well-deserved rest in our sauna and jacuzzi. If you work a lot and cannot find time for activity every day, just a week’s stay during which you will learn a healthy habit of daily exercise can make your life more active, fuller, healthier and happier.

A room for exercise classes

We practice yoga here. Here we practice pilates, stretching, sweating and meditation. Here, during weekly stays, we practice Chi Kung, Bodyfulness and the Fedelkrais method! A spacious room with natural light is the perfect place where you just want to be, absorb, give and receive. You can use our yoga mats during classes, or you can bring your own. And if the weather allows it and the group is in favor – we take the mats for a walk and practice in the company of our flower meadow, or we go for a walk and spread the mats by the lake.

Massage and osteopathy room

Our masseurs will make you feel better in your body. To relieve tension caused by long-term desk work or intense training. During your stay at Ostoja Dwa Jeziora, make an appointment for a series of massages tailored to your needs. The offer includes: therapeutic fascial massage, sports massage and relaxation massage. A well-selected series of massages will activate your parasympathetic system responsible for relaxation and regeneration and awaken your endorphins!

Meditation and silence room

We live fast, loudly and overstimulated, and in the long run this increases the level of stress, which, as we know, has a very destructive effect on our body. Silence and lack of information flood have become a luxury. That’s why we created a room where you can cut yourself off from everything. It’s a small room, we finished it minimalistically, in subdued colors so that nothing would distract your attention. There is a comfortable, hanging armchair in which you can sink into and a table on which you can put your favorite book or put down the water with honey. During your stay in the quiet room, we also encourage you to undergo phototherapy sessions using an antidepressant lamp. Be sure to try it, we guarantee you will feel much better!

 

Infrared sauna

The infrared sauna is an excellent support for people who want to take care of their overall health, and is also an alternative for those who cannot use the popular wet or dry sauna. Moreover, it improves well-being and is used as the culmination of care treatments, strengthening their positive effect. The infrared sauna uses infrared rays that penetrate deep into the tissues and dilate blood vessels, supporting circulation. Doctors recommend visiting an infrared sauna to treat arthritis, sciatica, muscle pain, injuries, and sprains. Just a few sessions in the infrared sauna will alleviate symptoms and soothe neuralgia as well as skin problems such as acne, scars or burns.

Conference and training room

During stays, we meet in this room to talk about health – about nutrition, dealing with stress, working on yourself and physical activity. We meet with experts from many areas of a broadly understood, holistic approach to health, self-care and slow life. We also run psychological and coaching workshops. As you can see, this is not a typical lecture room, we have decorated it using natural materials – a lot of wood and flowers have created an atmospheric room in which the participants of our workshops and stays feel very good. And if the weather is favorable, we move the lectures to the terrace.

Kitchen

Our kitchen is available to guests, where we conduct culinary workshops with dieticians and chefs. Cooking is great fun and gives great satisfaction. We will teach you to prepare ecological, healthy and delicious dishes in the spirit of slow food cuisine, with care to preserve nutritional values. We use products provided by regional farmers, and we also learn to use nature’s gifts – herbs, edible flowers, mushrooms and fruits. Masurian forests and glades are full of delicious treasures, and many of them you probably have no idea about yet. Maybe it’s time to change that? 🙂
